FAQ

Please browse through our frequently asked questions to find answers to any of your questions relating to our website.

Who, and when, do I call if my child is sick?
If your child is ill and cannot come into school, please telephone the school reception.  The school is open from 08.30am.

What do I do if I need to speak to my childs teacher urgently during the school day?
We appreciate that there are times when parents really need to speak to their child's teacher.  In such cases, you should call the school reception, explain the nature of the emergency and the teacher will return your call as soon as possible.  Please appreciate, too, that the teacher's time in the class room is precious and only urgent matters should interfere with this.  Where it is reasonable to wait for an appropriate time, we will respectfully ask you to do so.

What is the earliest time I can drop my child(ren) at school?
08.30am on a School Day.

What do I do if I need to collect my child early?
in normal cases, you must write to the Headteacher requesting permission.  In cases of emergency, contact the school reception who will notify the appropriate staff members.
